YPF - Boogie Down

Well, what else should I call it? It’s “Disco Lights”, after all!

The Tilli Tomas Disco Lights in “Ruby Wine” for the Twilight Capelet. It’s a lovely deep red, slightly variegated (more like a kettle-dyed than a true variegated)

TilliTomasDiscoLights-1 TilliTomasDiscoLights-2 TilliTomasDiscoLights-3Happy Friday, and if you’re at Rhinebeck, look for me! Come say hi! I look like this:

RennFairePic
Although generally without the horns (tempted as I am to pack them), and I won’t be wearing RennFaire garb. I’ll wear the Charlotte’s Web shawl on Saturday, and the Chrysanthemum Tea Shawl on Sunday. I’m hoping to be at the Ravelry/Blogger meetups, so you can probably find me there. (Oh, and the dragonflies are the henna tats I got with Amanda that day. Mine never darkened, though, so that’s all I have of them. Until I decide to get them on a more permanent basis, that is. :D )

Wow, so you’re crocheting with that? What size hook are you having to use? Seems like it’d be tricky what with the dual thread. It’s pretttttty though.

Pretty yarn! The first time I saw one of those Tilli Thomas yarns, I just about fainted.

I was headed to Rhinebeck, then… life got in the way. House hunting and such.

That yarn is truly lovely. I’ve always admired all the colors, just not the price tag. You did a great job on your shawl…and have fun at Rhinebeck..I’m a tad bit jealous!

I was just going to say. . . I didn’t see those tattoos! If you do decide to get them permanently, they’ll look really good.

    Rhinebeck was fun, eh? :D

Dinner was great Friday night, thank you to you and Hubs again! We should have been doing that ice wine a tad earlier I think,, then I could have broken out the Box O’ Sangria (which is still not opened!)

What else can be said for Rhinebeck? Walk, talk,, wallet workouts, walk and talk some more, more workouts, lol.

Had a great time! My feet on the other hand are cursing me out right now.
