I have a sinking feeling…
…that this puppy isn’t going to be done by the end of February.
You see the tape measure? That shows how long the sleeves need to be, including the ribbing (65″ cuff to cuff, if you are wondering). I really, REALLY doubt I’m going to manage to knit that much, plus steek the front and do the button bands and neckband by Friday.

Oh, well. I lost a week to the flu, so if I can get this done by the end of the first week of March, I’ll call it a win in my book. Mostly, I just want it DONE so I can wear it!!!

What a fantastic sweater! I love the way it goes from dark at the bottom to light at the top. And such beautiful colorwork!

That’s an incredibly gorgeous sweater. I’m pretty sure by anyone’s book you get that extra week. I wanted to thank you for that spreadsheet you posted. I can’t remember if I thanked you when I first found it. I hope I did. If I didn’t I hope you’ll forgive my lack of manners. I was probably struck speechless. Again, thanks so much for sharing it. I had no idea one could make Excel be that useful! and I still haven’t a clue how you did most of it. I’m going to point some folks to it over on Ravelry – I hope that’s ok.

Simply stunning, finished or not! I’d call it a win no matter when it’s finished – and I’m sure that will be very soon.

It’s gorgeous! Who cares if you finish by today? I’m drooling…

Looks awesome, though! You’re amazingly fast. And… if you don’t want that sweater because it didn’t get finished in February, you can send it my way. I promise not to be disappointed over the delay!
