Did you get your free one on the first day of Spring? We have a Rita’s just around the corner from our house. So bad for my hips. I love the capuccino gelati and the pina colada one.
I keep meaning to go over to Rita but when I actually get the gumption to go over, it’s closed for the season. Perhaps this year I’ll actually go down to the closest Rita’s place . . .

Yum!!! Carrie and I love Rita’s, and black cherry and vanilla sounds soooo wonderful!!!
My favorite is the Mango.. did you know I took some Ritas to the airport back in Dec for Mel as she was passing through Philly? She threatened to hold the socks she knit me hostage till she got her gelati!
I might be the only one left but I’ve never been to Ritas. They just opened one in College Park on Rt. 1, we’ll have to try it out. Better than Cold Stone you think? Common! What is better than double chocolate with Snickers and KitKat?
Um, I’ve never been. Guess we’ll have to add that to my agenda for my next DC trip.
PS the armwarmers look very cool.

Oh, Rita’s. The one thing Massachusetts does not have. I miss my root beer gelati. Good thing I’m going home to PA next week!
