Yup. Addicted.
Did these tonight.
The green one is for Mom (HA! You thought I’d say me!), the other one is for me. These are a little bigger than the earlier one (8″ x 9″ instead of 6″ x 8″), which is now my official camera case.
And on the back:
I don’t have cute little labels like Jody (yet…), so I put those on the back as a signature.
Yeah… I need to move on to one of the other projects I have planned, or I’m going to have a million of these.

I would just like to inform you, that because of the previous post, my living room floor (which WAS completely spotless and clutter free) is now covered with stacks of fabric and I’ve been sitting on the floor for the last 2 hours organizing my sewing baskets in preparation for making some of these. I wonder if my sewing machine still even works, lol.

Fabulous!! Just love them!!
One of the reasons for organizing my craft room was to get sewing too! And wouldn’t you know it, my favorite handmade wristlet (etsy purchase) that I’ve used as a wallet/everything for over a year and a half just gave out! Maybe its another push from the sewing gods!!
Thanks for the inspiration and I love love love the dragonfly touch!

Ha ha, yes it’s the little instant gratification projects that are the best!

They really are awesome! I really need to finish cleaning up around my sewing machine so I can get to it.

Wow, are they cute! And so professional-looking! They’d make great gifts, too, if you do end up with a million.

I wonder if I can fit another table in my dyeing room so I can sew in there too? Nice work on those wristlets. I admit I started eyeing the fat quarters I bought several months ago…

Lovely wristlets, these and from the post before! I was telling Zonda that I spent some time with my sewing machine and serger last weekend and things did not go…well. I definitely need to read some of those dozen sewing books I’ve collected before I go there again.

Ok. You sold me on these wristlets. They are too cute. Thanks for posting the link to the tutorial in the previous blog post. I will definitely give this a try. Looks like fun.
