This?

Is a dead modem. Just went *pfft* last night suddenly. Kris called tech support and tried to get it working, but the consensus was that it was no more. So, Verizon is shipping us a new one. Unfortunately, since it was a little later last night, it probably isn’t going out until today, so we won’t have it until tomorrow.

I’d like to say “Neener Neener! Comcast is better!” Or even “Neener Neener! Time Warner is better!” But alas, I’ve never used a modem that didn’t have some form of problems. At least modem failure is universal huh?

Hey . . . that’s precisely the same modem we had that gave up the ghost couple weeks ago! Must have come from the same batch from the factory.
