UPS dude just brought our new router. Took me 5 minutes to hook it up. Yay Verizon customer service!

And Bezzie, before you try to tell me that Comcast is better, check out my horror story from the Valentine’s day ice storm in 2007. (Sorry, Roxy. I know John is the man, but they DID drop the ball on that one)

Hey, I have that same happy little box hanging out across the room from me. I <3 my Verizon FiOS! YMMV, of course.

Oh I know they’re no better–I’ve got them now and they’re um, just a smidge better than Time Warner. Glad you’re back baby!
