Sounds like you had a fantastic holiday weekend. I watched a bunch of softball, then drove home in that torrential rain. Big fun. Home at midnight, followed by car-crash dreams that kept me awake half the night. Aren’t you jealous?

*ahem* I assume you waved in the “I’m-only-40-miles-south-of-you-when-you’re-in-Billsburg” southerly direction! In which case, I totally waved back.

W’burg Winery is good. I’m particularly fond of the Two Shilling Red. Nice and dry; reminds me of a light Chianti. Good with pasta.

Also good for dinner — the newly revamped Second Street. Yeah, it lost a lot of the tavernish charm it used to have, but the new menu totally rocks.

Wifey and I were just talking about our trip down there last Mem. Day for our 10 year anniversary. We had a blast! Had a whole day in Colonial by ourselves even! And I can’t believe you went to see the big presidents! That’s too funny! We’ve driven by there on our way to Water Country like a dozen times and always wondered what it was all about.
